POSITIONING THE PATIENT
The height of the whole unit, as well as the
chair or stool the patient is sitting on, should
be adjusted so the patient is comfortable.
The patient's head is put in the headrest with
their forehead tight against the headrest. The
vertical height of the headrest should be
adjusted so the patient's outer canthus
(eye position) is level with the mark on the
headrest.
